A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Shiraz, this wine has a typical Coonawarra bouquet of black currant with a hint of plum. An elegant style with spice and cedar and wonderful soft sandy tannins. The 2007 vintage received an outstanding 94 points in the James Halliday Wine Companion - 

"Pure cassis bouquet, highlighted by cigar box and a suggestion of florals; elegantly structured with ample levels of sweet red fruit and quite slippery tannins to conclude; certainly a sleeper and a very good example from the vintage. Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot/Shiraz/Petit Verdot".
