Sourced from the very first planting of Chardonnay in the Adelaide Hills, this is a special single vineyard wine. Full, ripe, white peach aromas are typical in Tiers. There are hints of almond and cinnamon that complement the stone fruit flavours before a wonderful, long, nutty, viscous finish, balanced by mineral acidity.
A deep brooding, dense rich dry red. Ripe plums and blackcurrant aromas and flavours are backed up with subtle delicate oak. The palate is full, luscious and rich with loads of black fruits and cedar oak. Abundant tannins and sweet fruit, typical of low crop Merlot frame the finish.
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Shiraz, this wine has a typical Coonawarra bouquet of black currant with a hint of plum. An elegant style with spice and cedar and wonderful soft sandy tannins.
Bright floral aromas of citrus peel and orange blossom, with a hint of tropical fruit. Fragrant and lifted, the palate shines with lively acidity and full rich lime marmalade. Enjoy this wine now with freshly shucked oysters.
This certified organic Shiraz from Mt Barker is a spicy, brooding aromatic dry red. A heady aroma, vibrant rich fruit and lovely integrated French oak.
A full flavoured, rich textured wine. Lemon and lime complement white peach and ripe nectarine with a lovely hint of gun flint and smoky oak. The palate is long and has a wonderful acid line, with lemon meringue and citrus zest on the finish.
The 2018 vintage is only the third release of this style from Petaluma, following on from the 2012. The resulting wine is luscious, but crisp, with lovely lemon-lime intensity and a hint of sherbet. Best enjoyed young and fresh.
Almost burnt butterscotch in colour, the nose is rich dark and bursting with summer stone fruit notes complexed by touches of dried apricot and spice. The palate is full and rich, showing a more citrus element, burnt orange notes and strong, floral, botrytis flavours.
A true aperitif style sparkling wine that blends the rich strawberry lift and fine mousse of Pinot Noir with the nectarine, cashew and biscuity Chardonnay characters.
A sublime rose sourced from premium Piccadilly Valley fruit. Pomegranate, wild strawberry and cherry aromas burst from the glass and flood the palate with biscuity notes adding complexity and style. Creamy, stylish and delicious.
A complex, elegant and creamy vintage Croser with a nose redolent of honey and cashew and an alluring citrus lift. The palate shows wild strawberry Pinot characters alongside a more buttery nectarine Chardonnay before a soft yeasty finish buoyed by green apple acidity.
Croser was created as it was believed that the right region in Australia could produce sparkling wine to rival Champagne. That region is Piccadilly in the Adelaide Hills. The first vintage of Croser was released in 1985 and the winemaking philosophy continues today starting in the vineyard where all the vines are hand pruned, the grapes hand picked, the fruit whole bunch pressed, and the wines hand crafted in the traditional method.
