This Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon is an elegant and full flavoured, rich dry red that shows the spicy, juicy bright fruits for which the region is renowned. The 2019 Petaluma Hanlin Hill Riesling is typical of the Petaluma style, late picked with citrus and orange blossom aromas. This is a concentrated dry wine with intense lime, hints of chalkiness accompanied with beautifully focused acidity.
The 2018 vintage is only the third release of this style from Petaluma, following on from the 2012. The resulting wine is luscious, but crisp, with lovely lemon-lime intensity and a hint of sherbet. Best enjoyed young and fresh.
The 2016 Petaluma Project Company Barbera was the very first release of this wine and this 2019 vintage is the third. A seductive wine with aromas of blackberries and blueberries, making way to merlot-like plum characters and lovely soft tannins on the palate.
A complex, elegant and creamy vintage Croser with a nose redolent of honey and cashew and an alluring citrus lift. The palate shows wild strawberry Pinot characters alongside a more buttery nectarine Chardonnay before a soft yeasty finish buoyed by green apple acidity.
