I’ve been floating around Petaluma for over ten years now as a lackey, student, assistant winemaker and now winemaker. Winemaking for me is all about preserving the freshness of fruit from vineyard to bottle. Intuitive handling combined with fastidious attention to detail by the whole winemaking team is what it takes to create great wines.
